This is a Stage 2 California 91 Octane with only a downpipe car, 90% of stage 2 cars will make more than this power some a bit less, on worse fuel.
This is the LOWEST common denominator for a GTI OTS tune
Stage 1 will make about 10% less, or the same theres tons of variables
